Our inspectors have over 27 years of combined hands-on experience in the home construction and renovation industry. All building inspectors are trained and accredited. Through industry seminars and technical courses, we continually update our education, and we stay current using state-of-the-art techniques and materials.

Our inspectors are experts in residential home, condo and townhouse inspections. We check the design, look for previous repairs, and find out the warranty details.

Mainland Home Inspections is licensed by BPCPA (License #47066). We adhere to the strict BCIPI inspection standards and the association's Code of Ethics. BCIPI Inspectors are the only professional building inspectors who are certified by the British Columbia Legislative Act (ASTTBC).
